Social – Cooking Class @ Rotarian’s House

This month, we will be going back to one of our Rotarian’s house for an unique experience.

Our own Chef Heidi Wittenborn will hold a cooking class for our Rotarians on this Sunday afternoon.

On the menu for the class:

• Smoked Gouda and Broccoli Flatbreads
• Spinach & Grapefruit Salad with Poppy Seed Dressing
• Cornish Game Hens with Cherry Dressing & Port Wine Sauce
• Broccoli with Lemon and Red Pepper Flakes
• Gnudi with Brown Butter Sage Sauce
• Pecan Pie Brownies a la Mode

Bring your curiosity, your cooking skills and your appetite!

A contribution of $10 per Rotarian is expected to cover the purchase of the ingredients by Chef Heidi.
