Texas Mamma Jamma Ride:
Texas Mamma Jamma Ride is an annual charity bike event that raises funds to support the Big Pink Bus, a mobile mammography service provided by Lone Star Circle of Care. Participants ride, volunteer and fundraise to raise awareness of breast cancer and make mammograms available for all. Since the first Mamma Jamma ride in 2009, over $1,8 million has been distributed to support the Central Texas breast cancer community. The 2021 Texas Mamma Jamma Ride will be held on Saturday, September 18 in Taylor, TX. 

Marion Martin
Marion is a career fundraising professional and a two-time breast cancer survivor. She got involved with Mamma Jamma in 2013, re-learned how to ride a bike and did her first ride. In a perfect blend of Marion’s personal passion and professional expertise, she became the Mamma Jamma ride director in 2016. 

All proceeds of the Texas Mamma Jamma Ride support the operation and administration of the Big Pink Bus, a mobile mammography unit. The Big Pink Bus is owned and operated by Lone Star Circle of Care, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation and federally qualified health center providing exceptional and accessible patient centered healthcare for our Texas neighbors.
