Rebekah Kelly is one of the Volunteer Recruitment Coordinators at Meals on Wheels Central Texas. She helps to train, connect with and place volunteers at Meals on Wheels. Rebekah has been with Meals on Wheels since September of 2021, although she is rather new to Meals on Wheels she has loved working with a wonderful team and getting to know some amazing volunteers.

Meals on Wheels Central Texas has been delivering meals to homebound seniors in the Austin area this year marks our 50 years of service. Our Meal Delivery program is our signature program that began in 1972 as an East Austin-based, grassroots organization staffed by only eight volunteers. Meals on Wheels offers a variety of program in which we serve those in need and offer several volunteer opportunities. With the help of our community Meals on Wheels has been able to deliver meals and build relationships with over 3000 of our homebound neighbors in Travis and Williamson counties, in total we service seven counties here in Central Texas.
