Patrick Harrison has over 25 years’ experience in different facets of the entertainment industry, building a diverse resume working with notable names and studios in production, media and as a trained actor.

Patrick is Team Leader for the RI Region 36 Innovative Communications Team and serves as HOC Vice Chair of Internet Marketing for the 2022 RI Convention Houston. Mr. Harrison was honored to co-host the 2021 Rotary International Assembly. Mr. Harrison hosted and moderated the 2020 RI Region 36 Virtual Zone Institute as well as the 2021 Lone Star President Elects Training Seminar. He currently co-produces, moderates and co-hosts the RI District 5870 Central Texas Zoom Series STAYING CONNECTED. He was Assistant Rotary Public Image Coordinator for Rotary International Zone 21b and part of 27 and 25b RY 2017-2020.

Patrick is honored to be Public Image Co-Chair for District 5870 Central Texas since RY 2015-2016. With Co-chair Amber Scarborough, Mr. Harrison created and delivers the acclaimed Center of Service presentation to Rotarians across North America. He is a proud member of the Austin Cosmopolitan Rotary Club and honored to be a Paul Harris Fellow Plus Six.

Amber Scarborough moved from Lubbock to
Austin in 2007 to start her career as an Investment
Advisor and joined Rotary shortly thereafter. She
is a member of the South Austin Rotary Club, she
is a Past President, a Paul Harris Fellow, and a
Roll of Fame Recipient.
Amber’s experience in marketing has come from
running her own independent firm and having to
learn several of these things “on the job.” She will
self-proclaim that “I have no specialty in public
image or marketing, but give me a day to work on
a task and I’ll figure it out!”
She was asked to join the Public Relations team after making some fun I-Movies,
which her son taught her to make in order to promote District Events. She hopes to
inspire other Rotarians to not be afraid of new tools and technology and just jump
right in till you figure it out, “The learning happens when you just start playing
around with it.”
She has served on the District 5870 Central Texas Public Image team since 2015
and in 2020 was asked to serve as an Assistant Rotary Public Image Coordinator
(ARPIC) for Zones 25b and 29.
Rotary has also provided Amber with the opportunity to serve for 3 years as the
District RYLA Camp Director and host 3 amazing Rotary Exchange kiddos over
the years. She loves getting to share with anyone who will listen about the life
changing opportunities that Rotary provides!
