Make meaningful connections around the banner of service at the annual Conference of Clubs. Held by our district, 5870, the Conference of Clubs will bring Rotarians across our district together for a weekend of service, fellowship, and inspiration. Register now for this memorable weekend – which will be in Waco, Texas!
This is a family-friendly event for folks of all ages.
Agenda:
- Friday – Leadership breakout sessions & Reception at the Cameron Park Zoo
- Saturday Morning – Plenary Sessions led by inspirational speakers
- Saturday Afternoon – Service Project: Monarch Butterfly Superhighway Milkweed Planting PRoject & Dedication (Optional – Fun-filled Family Excursion Opportunities)
- Sunday – Celebration of Life, Mother’s Day Celebration & Roll of Fame

Hotel Information
Hotel special room rate – $169 per night not including tax. Rooms are limited! Includes free breakfast for 2 adults with registration and for children under 5. After April 4th, the room rate will go up to as much as $275 with breakfast for two….a $115 increase.
