Presentation
Title: Conflict is Crucial for Collaboration
When parties disagree and conflict arises, it is neither science nor facts alone that produce a
durable resolution. It is the ability for participants to engage in a mutually respectful process of
exploration that leads to the discovery of creative and lasting solutions for the future. This
presentation will focus on identifying the strategies to engage in a conversation and explore
opportunities to resolve conflicts peacefully in your personal and professional life. Participants
will walk away knowing how to embrace difficult dialogues, push past conflict, and open the door
for creative solutions for the future.
