Rotary Meeting – Speaker: Rich Kaye, PDG and District Foundation Chair

Join one of the most innovative and fun Rotary clubs in Austin for our regular weekday meeting! Folks usually begin showing up at 5:30 pm and meet at bar and network and catch up until our meeting begins at 6 pm in the upstairs event room. We love visitors so come join us for a meeting!
This week’s speaker is Rich Kaye. He will be speaking to us about why giving to The Rotary Foundation is important. Rich is a member of the Rotary Club of Killeen Heights in District 5870. He served as Club President in 2003-04 and as District Governor in 2013-14. Rich has served as District Rotary Foundation Committee Chair (2015-18), District Secretary (2005-06), Assistant Governor (2006-09), Annual Fund Subcommittee Chair (2006-09, 2014-18), and Grants Subcommittee Chair (2011-12). He is a recipient of the Rotary Foundation’s District Service Award (2006) and the Citation for Meritorious Service (2012), and he is a Foundation Major Donor and a member of the Bequest Society and Paul Harris Society. Rich currently serves as Vice President of the Rotary Multi-District Training Institute. In July 2018, he will begin service as a member of the Lone Star Multi-District P.E.T.S. board of directors. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, a M.S. in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from Kansas State University, and a MBA from the University of Mary Harden-Baylor.
